Here at Vetro's Duck Dogs we breed labrador retriever gun dogs for Quality not quantity. We strive to produce a quality pup who carries a great pedigree and in doing so we breed for Temperament, High Drive, Intelligence, & Great Coats.  We also strive to match you with the best blind partner and or family pet any one could ask for. We are a new breeder that's up and coming. Although, Aly's been raised with a long line of gentlemen hunters. She's always dreamed of breeding, raising and training labs since her days in FFA.  After 30 years in healthcare and teaching at the college level she decided life would be happier raising quality hunting dogs for others to enjoy. That's when she sold her California home, moved to Southern Oregon; bought 6 ac on the Rogue River, converted a horse barn to a kennel and started compiling some of the best pedigrees around the country.  She now has several dogs working on their titles until health cleared to breed. She feels Hunt Test and Field Trail is an important aspect of a breeding Labs life as well as dog training in general. We do not train others' dogs but only train our own dogs. 

Our Goal is to continue to grow our pedigree line to better the Labrador breed. We do not breed dilute. We breed Black, Chocolate & Yellows. We do not breed for color but breed for the hunting pedigree, along with temperament,  intelligence, drive and coats of the dam and sire.
